Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB) announces incoming Chairperson for 2022-2023
Fleetwood Bank is pleased to share the announcement of Timothy Snyder, president and CEO of Fleetwood Bank, being selected as the Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers for 2022-2023.
Snyder is president and CEO of Fleetwood Bank, the only community bank based in Berks County, with offices in Blandon, Boyertown, Fleetwood, Kutztown, Lyons, Oley, Shoemakersville, and Wyomissing. Fleetwood Bank has been serving the local community for over 85 years.
Snyder is currently serving his second three-year term as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, is the chair of the Audit Committee at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, on the Board of the South Central Transit Authority, and is Chairman of the Board at Opportunity House.
Snyder states “My focus as the PACB chairperson will be to meet with our members and non-members to talk about working towards an economy of scale and being more effective in our markets. Community banks play a major role in the success of a community. Many of us have the unique opportunity to live and work in that same community. Our work has a direct impact on where we live and what happens there. My goal as chairperson is to be a champion of community banks and let our voices be heard!”
