Since the Groups only meet in their own circles\, this event gives all Peer Group members the opportunity to meet one another and expand their networks. \n\n\n\nBuilding 24 Kitchen and Bar\, opened in 2010\, is a family owned and operated restaurant and bar located in Wyomissing\, PA specializing in sourcing local ingredients for both our food and beverage menus. Their ever changing wine list is comprised of small\, sustainable wineries from all over the world. Originally started as ?The Works? in 2002\, in the former ?Textile Machine Works? building\, which dates back to 1896 and the origins of the textile industry in the Wyomissing area\, the name was inspired by the industrial history of the building\, and their tagline ?geared for fun? expresses our company?s greater purpose and promise. "The Works" is still in operation and growing\, catering to fun-loving arcade and adventure seekers\, where Building 24 is a high-end restaurant and bar now offering a private event space. \n\n\n\nChip White\, owner of The Works\, is helped by the rest of his family\, all of whom have a role in the growing dining and entertainment destination in Wyomissing. Daughters Caitlin & Kelsey White and wife Joann White. Brands within The Works include:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT PEER GROUPS\n\nFacilitated by professionals in their field\, the FBA Peer Discussion Group Program is a great way to gather with your peers\, share common problems and experiences\, and to learn how to deal with your unique situations facing your business.\n\nWe allow only one participant per group from each industry segment in order to avoid competitive concerns. To promote camaraderie and trust\, enrollment is designed for a designated individual (not meant for a company to send different people at different times). \n\nEnrollment is limited to Chamber members. \n\nPeer groups meet a minimum of 8-10 times per year.\n\nAnnual participation fee is $500.
