Think Again.\n\n \nJoin the Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS & Greater Reading Chamber Alliance as they sponsor presenter Stacey Waters of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission for "Not Biased? Think Again\," a FREE Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion & Belonging breakfast training. Seating is limited!\n\nDiversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging Training provides an explanation of what unconscious bias\, or implicit bias\, entails and the best practices to address and avoid engaging in bias. Different types of bias\, and the impact of bias as it relates to diversity\, equity\, and belonging\, will be discussed. The presenter will build a case for DEIB and why it is imperative that we aim for diverse\, equitable\, inclusive environments in which everyone has a sense of belonging.
