    Community First Fund is the premier economic development organization serving the low income communities of central and eastern Pennsylvania, and provides loan capital to real estate developers and businesses in the region. Since 1992 Community First Fund has made more than 1,350 loans and investments totaling more than $94.5million to businesses, affordable housing and community based developers and projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
