The premier organization for economic development in Berks County, the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), is thrilled to launch a new economic development marketing campaign.
The campaign, created in conjunction with GRCA member Dean Marketing, focuses on positioning Greater Reading, PA as an ideal area for companies looking to locate or expand in Greater Reading. The focal point of the campaign is a new microsite, www.selectgreaterreading.com, which gathers GRCA’s numerous economic development resources in a centralized location. The campaign encourages companies to “Select Greater Reading. Grow Here. Thrive Here.”
The website showcases the Greater Reading, PA community by using both data-driven metrics as well as real project success stories. As the primary point of contact for businesses in our community, GRCA coordinates our resources along with other local organizations to ensure a company’s transition is smooth and their business is successful. Whether a local company is seeking information to better understand the real estate market, financing options or requires assistance with local municipalities, our team has the resources to make it happen.
“We know Greater Reading, PA is a great location not only for our existing companies, but also new companies looking for an East Coast location. This campaign and website ensure we are making their decision as easy as possible,” said Aaron Gantz, Senior Director of Economic Development, GRCA.
Jim Gerlach, President and CEO, GRCA, echoed that sentiment and said that economic development is a key component of the organization’s mission and an important area of focus.
“GRCA is uniquely positioned to lead, strategize, and carry out critical economic development initiatives for the entirety of Berks County. To do this, we employ a dedicated economic development team with extensive and diversified expertise. We look forward to implementing our strategic economic development priorities in 2021 – this campaign is just the beginning,” Gerlach said.
