ABOUT LAUREL CLINE
Laurel Cline is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning multiple areas of HR. Prior to joining our team in 1998, she served as Director of Human Resources for Morgan Corporation, then North America’s leading manufacturer of small- to mid-size truck bodies. In that position, Laurel was responsible for all aspects of the creation and delivery of HR services (compensation, benefits, training and development, recruitment, employee relations and EEO/AA) for the corporate headquarters and the six regional manufacturing facilities with over 1,200 employees.
ABOUT LORI GLIVA
Lori Gliva joined Herbein HR Consulting in 1998 with over 17 years of diversified human resources experience. Prior to joining our team, Lori was Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner to the asset management function of a premier financial institution. Her responsibilities included the alignment of people strategies with HR products and services as well as coaching and consulting with executive management on business issues and HR strategies. In addition, she provided leadership on the seamless delivery of all aspects of employee-relations coaching and consulting, recruitment, change management, organizational development, and compensation for 850 employees across 17 locations. Lori’s HR expertise also includes the design and implementation of a flexible benefits plan and in-house outplacement facility in addition to the facilitation of all stages of a 360-degree evaluation process, from employee surveys to team-building programs.
