Mastering Work Talk: Speaking with Confidence and Impact is a three-part, 9-hour program designed to help you effectively communicate in the workplace. Through hands-on practice and real-world scenarios, this course will equip you with the tools to engage, influence, and motivate your audience in any professional setting.

Objectives
1. Understand the evolution and context of contemporary “work talk”
2. Identify and distinguish between different types of “work talk”
3. Develop and practice key communication techniques for each type of “work talk”
4. Prepare and present a "Work Talk" tailored to your specific role and professional goals
