The Go Fish! Story
Heather Clark is the sole proprietor of GO FISH! Seafood Market & Sushi Bar located in Sinking Spring, PA. In 2005, she purchased a small seafood stand at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market, Reading, PA, and Go Fish! Seafood was born. From the beginning, they have focused on learning the food interests and dietary needs of their customers to build their business. Early on, they recognized that consumers in this community share Go Fish's interest in supporting products that are not harmful to the environment. In order to contribute to this shared desire, they expanded their selection of sustainable items and provided material for consumers to learn about their purchases. After three years, their customer base outgrew what their small market stand could provide, and they opened a second location. Today, the Sinking Spring location offers a full kitchen and sushi bar for customers to enjoy prepared dishes made from the products they sell in their Fairgrounds market location.
