Moskal is a Transformational Leader and Operations Architect known for turning concepts into viable business opportunities. As the Founder and CEO of SmartCost Inc, she helps companies reimagine, revitalize and realize corporate vision by leveraging an effective blend of strategy, innovation, and operational excellence expertise to build value and optimize performance in the era of Industry 4.0.
Moskal has more than 25 years of global operations management and strategic leadership experience that spans multiple industries, continents, and functions. She has held numerous key roles in Fortune 100 and privately held companies. In her most recent position as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence at Preferred Sands, a global frac sand producer and technology company, she created the end-to-end supply chain network, developed automation and controls strategies for three new plants, and served as an active member of the steering committee to prepare the firm for the Initial Public Offering.
