Event Description:
If your work areas are slowing down your processes and making your team members inefficient, then MRC?s 5S Workplace Organization Workshop is just the training you need to help kick-start improving those areas. Learn the basic 5S techniques presented through a simulation that resembles an actual shop floor, using a production line with assembly areas, tools, inventory, and workers. Participants will serve as employees in the operation.
This 5S Workplace Organization course consists of one day of classroom training where you will learn to reduce waste through a systematic application of the 5S System ? Sort, Set-in-Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
