For more than two decades, Ruthann Woll has helped community benefit organizations and individuals manage tax compliance, navigate tax reporting complexities and secure favorable tax treatment. A Partner in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Ruthann oversees firm wide individual tax planning and compliance efforts and leads the firm’s nonprofit tax niche. Ruthann comprehensively serves the tax accounting needs of high-net-worth and high-earning individual clients, helping them minimize tax exposure through strategies like gift and estate planning, tax-loss harvesting and charitable contributions. She also helps to lead RKL Private Wealth, the firm’s continuum of financial and legacy planning services for families and individuals with sophisticated wealth management needs.

Regina attended West Virginia Northern Community College in Wheeling, WV, and Pennsylvania State University, where she studied business and finance. Her 25+ year career in financial services includes working for legacy firms that eventually became Wells Fargo Advisors. While at Wells Fargo Advisors, she earned the distinction of being recognized as part of a select group of financial advisors who exceeded unique standards of care, including professionalism and education along with exceptional elements of client service. With Kingsview Partners, Regina is a Partner and Wealth Manager, and as a member of a multi-location team, operates out of the Wyomissing, PA office. Working under a fiduciary standard along with Kingsview’s multi-custodian, fee-based platform, she has the freedom to provide truly comprehensive client-centric strategies and services. These services include holistic financial planning, professional portfolio management, streamlined performance reporting, and collaboration with tax and legal professionals.

When most people think of estate planning, they immediately think about a will. But Sarah, a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, understands the complexity of a complete estate plan to ensure that a person’s wishes are carried out goes much further than a will. While she has helped many clients draft their wills, she is also qualified at developing comprehensive estate plans and has a broad array of experience with estate and trust administration. This area of her practice includes:
Amy is a Manager in RKL Private Wealth. Her background is weighted in individual taxation, with a focus on tax planning and tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals. Amy joined RKL in 2000 upon graduation from college. Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Dutchland Rollers, Treasurer, 2012-2018, and Orwigsburg Area Free Public Library, Treasurer, 2015-2018. Amy resides in Auburn. Amy enjoys golfing, volunteering and spending time with her family and pets.
