Ethics, Safety and Practical Workplace Use
course helps professionals understand where
AI adds value, where risks exist, and how to
make better workplace decisions in an AI-enabled
environment.

This course covers:
• AI basics without technical jargon
• Effective prompting techniques
• AI security and privacy
• Bias and ethical considerations
• Evaluating AI-generated content
• Leadership, culture, and organizational
readiness
• Practical workplace applications

You’ll leave with actionable frameworks and
risk-awareness strategies that will improve
your prompting skills and give you greater
confidence using AI at work. You’ll have your
own personal roadmap for responsible AI use.
