Our panel comprised of family business experts will be assessing the high level topics that a business should prepare for NOW to best see the future of their [successful] business. The important areas of discussion in our workshop will center around financial business planning, transition planning, and succession planning—legally and financially--all based on where your business is in its lifecycle.

ABOUT BRIAN BOLAND, Attorney - Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys
Brian Boland concentrates his practice in estate planning/administration, educational/ municipal law and business law. He serves as Solicitor and special counsel for eight (8) Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster County school districts and several townships, boroughs, and authorities. Boland regularly writes and lectures on a variety of issues for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association and the Center for Excellence in Local Government and prepares instructional materials and seminars for school districts and municipalities. Jay Wagner concentrates his practice in estate and trust planning and administration, wealth preservation, trust and estate litigation, charitable and nonprofit organizations, and guardianship matters. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Wagner is experienced in advising high net worth clients in all aspects of estate planning, including business succession planning, use of insurance to facilitate business transition and other planning objectives, GRATS, QPRTS, defective grantor trusts and other leveraged strategies to minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes, charitable trusts and other charitable giving techniques, and pre-and-post-marital agreements.
