Position: Media Sales & Marketing Representative (On-Site/Hybrid | Central, PA)
We’re hiring a high-energy, relationship-driven Media Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our client base and deliver customized billboard advertising solutions across Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Berks, and surrounding markets.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development through outbound prospecting
- Build strong client partnerships and long-term accounts
- Create tailored media + marketing solutions for businesses
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person networking
- Organized, motivated, and results-oriented
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and brand growth
