    Named a top national college by Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education, Albright College (founded 1856) is home to a diverse community of learners who cultivate integrity, curiosity, connection and resilience.     Selwyn Hall-South was originally built in 1836 as Linden Hall, a private residence, and houses the offices of Student Affairs, dean of students and Student Accounts. Selwyn Hall-North, home of the Admissions Office, was constructed in 1928 as a dining hall and women’s dormitory.Albright College is regularly ranked as a Top College by the Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education, US News & World Report and the Princeton Review. Athletic facilities, like Kelchner Field are integrated into the heart of Albright's campus.Albright College’s national award-winning theatre program and Domino Players theatre company has been invited to perform at Kennedy festival II 11 times in the last 15 years.Catch a free concert or find your favorite spot near Sylvan Pond. But be careful around your birthday! Albrightians are traditionally tossed into the pond on their birthday.Roessner Hall is a modern, technologically advanced academic facility, designed to enhance synergy and collaboration among departments such as business, economics, and political science.Shirk Stadium has been home to the Albright Lions for over 90 years. Renovated in 2005, field hockey, lacrosse, football and soccer fans now enjoy specialized lighting and seating for 5,000.
