DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Development Manager will lead our agency's development and community outreach efforts, manage fundraising activities, and oversee the Community Outreach Team. This position plays a critical role in securing donations and fostering donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Development Leadership: Organize and lead fundraising initiatives, manage the development plan, and solicit major gifts.
· Community Outreach: Coordinate community engagement activities, oversee event planning, and manage agency communications.
· Supervisory Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensure professional development, and uphold our agency’s culture and values.
Experience Required:
· Minimum of 2 years in donor development, annual campaigns, and major gifts in the nonprofit sector.
· Experience in event planning, communications, and marketing is a plus.
